El desarrollo de la escuela parti\u00f3 de la consolidaci\u00f3n de un comit\u00e9 asesor formado por las organizaciones participantes del programa de formaci\u00f3n y especialistas en temas t\u00e9cnicos, econ\u00f3micos y sociales relacionados con las redes comunitarias. A lo largo de algo m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, Tanda defini\u00f3 con este comit\u00e9 las caracter\u00edsticas, contenidos y metodolog\u00eda del programa. En este periodo de tiempo, se desarrollaron actividades, visitas y exploraciones que permitieron al equipo seleccionar las organizaciones locales con las que les gustar\u00eda trabajar.<br> \n<br><\/p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cnlearning.apc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/photo_2023-05-06-17.48.10.jpeg\" width=\"50%\" style=\"float: left; margin: 3px 20px 0 0\">\n<p>\nUna vez seleccionadas las organizaciones, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una actividad de reflexi\u00f3n en Kilifi en diciembre de 2021, en la que participaron miembros del comit\u00e9 asesor y las organizaciones locales, con el objetivo de establecer los principios b\u00e1sicos de la escuela.<br>\n<br>\nLa escuela llev\u00f3 a cabo su primer encuentro presencial del 28 de febrero al 4 de marzo de 2022 en Kisumu. Las 21 personas participantes de siete comunidades recibieron capacitaci\u00f3n en infraestructura y servicios de redes, pol\u00edtica y regulaci\u00f3n, y sostenibilidad.\n<br>\n<br>\nDesde que se puso en marcha la escuela, Tanda ha ofrecido tutor\u00eda virtual a los participantes en tres sectores especializados, denominados Comunidades de Pr\u00e1ctica: <strong>Infraestructura de Redes, Sostenibilidad y Desarrollo de Contenido Local.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s de la mentor\u00eda virtual, el modelo que han adoptado incluye mentor\u00eda presencial en cada uno de los territorios y apoyo espec\u00edfico en el dise\u00f1o de cada caso.<br>\n<br>\nEn noviembre de 2022, se organiz\u00f3 una nueva reuni\u00f3n presencial con todos las personas que participan en la escuela, y siete comunidades recibieron fondos del proyecto de microsubvenciones para la etapa de implementaci\u00f3n.
