Durante este evento, titulado \u201cA Whole-of-Government Approach to Rural Digital Transformation\u201d, se presentaron varias ponencias, entre ellas \u201cICT Contribution to the Smart Villages Initiative\u201d y \u201cImplementing SDGs in Smart Villages\u201d. La iniciativa Smart Villages se basa en un enfoque global y colaborativo para conectar las aldeas rurales y mejorar la disponibilidad de los servicios sociales esenciales. El seminario web ten\u00eda como objetivo presentar a los participantes este enfoque, compartir las recomendaciones del modelo y explorar las posibilidades de expansi\u00f3n y escalabilidad en diferentes partes del mundo.
