Le programme de formation au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences a commenc\u00e9 par une <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/APC_News\/status\/1496817920453844995\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9union en face \u00e0 face de deux semaines, du 30 janvier au 12 f\u00e9vrier 2022<\/a> au Cap, o\u00f9 des membres de communaut\u00e9s urbaines et rurales se sont r\u00e9unis pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 des solutions de connectivit\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9es par les communaut\u00e9s afin de r\u00e9duire la fracture num\u00e9rique dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 ils vivent.<br>\n    <br>\n\nLe co\u00fbt de l'internet en Afrique du Sud est l'un des plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s au monde, ce qui constitue un obstacle \u00e0 l'utilisation de l'internet pour de nombreuses personnes. L'\u00e9cole a donc constitu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape significative et concr\u00e8te pour permettre aux communaut\u00e9s de base de promouvoir l'inclusion num\u00e9rique selon leurs propres termes.\n<br>\n<br>\nLe travail pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de l'\u00e9cole comprenait la cr\u00e9ation d'un comit\u00e9 consultatif, la r\u00e9alisation de recherches, l'obtention d'avis d'experts pour \u00e9laborer le programme et les r\u00e9sultats des cours, la cr\u00e9ation et la pr\u00e9paration du contenu, le recrutement des enseignants et du personnel du programme, la conclusion de contrats avec des partenaires, la publication d'annonces pour les participants, l'examen des candidatures, la s\u00e9lection de la cohorte finale de 21 \u00e9tudiants (trois participants issus de sept communaut\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes d'Afrique du Sud) et la mise en place du syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'apprentissage en ligne.<br>\n<br>\nDans le cadre de la phase de formation, des activit\u00e9s en ligne et en personne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre. Une deuxi\u00e8me rencontre a eu lieu \u00e0 Johannesburg du 20 mars au 2 avril 2022 et une troisi\u00e8me \u00e0 Makonsi, du 1er au 14 mai 2022. Les profils des \u00e9tudiants, ou les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s socio-\u00e9conomiques des communaut\u00e9s dont ils sont issus, montrent qu'ils ont des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res ou qu'ils n'ont pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un internet abordable et fiable. Le programme couvre donc les co\u00fbts des donn\u00e9es des \u00e9tudiants pour la formation en ligne, ce qui a permis aux \u00e9tudiants d'acc\u00e9der au LMS en ligne, de participer aux forums, de lire les documents, de prendre part aux cours vid\u00e9o quotidiens avec les professeurs et le personnel, et d'organiser des sessions de r\u00e9capitulation entre pairs le soir.<br>\n<br>\nApr\u00e8s la phase de formation, en juin 2022, la phase de mentorat a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se concentrer sur le d\u00e9veloppement personnel ainsi que sur les questions techniques et commerciales qui ont permis aux participants de l'\u00e9cole de d\u00e9velopper des activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 un programme de micro-subventions auquel ils ont particip\u00e9. Chacun d'entre eux a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 o\u00f9 employer la ressource en fonction de ses int\u00e9r\u00eats et de ses besoins, par exemple pour explorer les d\u00e9fis et les possibilit\u00e9s de perfectionnement du personnel technique et op\u00e9rationnel, les nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s commerciales et le marketing communautaire.<br>\n<br>\n\nLe 30 janvier 2023, les 17 derniers participants de l'\u00e9cole ont eu leur derni\u00e8re activit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s un programme de formation et de mentorat de 12 mois.
