Le d\u00e9veloppement de l'\u00e9cole a commenc\u00e9 par la consolidation d'un comit\u00e9 consultatif form\u00e9 par les organisations participantes au programme de formation et des sp\u00e9cialistes des questions techniques, \u00e9conomiques et sociales li\u00e9es aux r\u00e9seaux communautaires. Pendant un peu plus d'un an, Tanda a d\u00e9fini avec ce comit\u00e9 les caract\u00e9ristiques, le contenu et la m\u00e9thodologie du programme. Au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, des activit\u00e9s, des visites et des explorations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es pour permettre \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe de s\u00e9lectionner les organisations locales avec lesquelles elle souhaitait travailler.<br> \n<br><\/p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cnlearning.apc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/photo_2023-05-06-17.48.10.jpeg\" width=\"50%\" style=\"float: left; margin: 3px 20px 0 0\">\n<p>\nUne fois les organisations locales s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es, une activit\u00e9 de r\u00e9flexion a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e \u00e0 Kilifi en d\u00e9cembre 2021, \u00e0 laquelle ont particip\u00e9 les membres du comit\u00e9 consultatif et les organisations locales, afin d'\u00e9tablir les principes de base de l'\u00e9cole.<br>\n<br>\nL'\u00e9cole a organis\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re rencontre en face-\u00e0-face du 28 f\u00e9vrier au 4 mars 2022 \u00e0 Kisumu. Les 21 participants issus de sept communaut\u00e9s ont suivi une formation sur l'infrastructure et les services de r\u00e9seau, la politique et la r\u00e9glementation et les moyens de parvenir \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9.\n<br>\n<br>\nDepuis le lancement de l'\u00e9cole, Tanda fournit un mentorat virtuel aux participants dans trois secteurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, appel\u00e9s communaut\u00e9s de pratique : <strong>Infrastructure de r\u00e9seau, durabilit\u00e9 et d\u00e9veloppement du contenu local.<\/strong> Outre le mentorat virtuel, le mod\u00e8le pour lequel ils ont opt\u00e9 comprend un mentorat en personne dans chacun des territoires et un soutien sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la conception dans chaque cas.<br>\n<br>\nEn novembre 2022, une nouvelle r\u00e9union en personne avec tous les participants de l'\u00e9cole a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e et sept communaut\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u les fonds du projet de micro-subvention pour la phase de mise en \u0153uvre.
