Training covers network deployment, digital \nliteracy,  entrepreneurship,  resource  mobilization,  and  policy  advocacy,  with  a  strong \nemphasis on <strong>women's participation and leadership<\/strong>.<br><br>\nThe first National School was launched in <strong>2021<\/strong>, followed by additional training cycles, \nmentorship  activities,  and  a  microgrant  programme  supporting  locally  led  community \nconnectivity initiatives. Since then, the programme has expanded its reach through new \ncohorts, community partnerships, and national advocacy efforts.<br><br> \nSince <strong>2024<\/strong>, the School has continued as a <strong>self-funded initiative<\/strong>, demonstrating its long-\nterm  sustainability  and  the  growing  commitment  of  local  partners.
