Outre l'apport de connaissances techniques pour l'installation, l'exploitation et la maintenance de projets de communication, il vise \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un r\u00e9seau de personnes qui s'accompagnent mutuellement pour renforcer le chemin vers l'autonomie technologique dans leurs territoires.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce programme est le r\u00e9sultat d'un effort collectif d'organisations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la communication communautaire et indig\u00e8ne et de l'Union internationale des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (UIT). Il est bas\u00e9 sur un processus actif de r\u00e9flexion sur les technologies, la formation et les modes de vie des communaut\u00e9s auxquelles il s'adresse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il compte deux \u00e9ditions en pr\u00e9sentiel au Mexique (organis\u00e9es entre 2016 et 2019) et quatre \u00e9ditions latino-am\u00e9ricaines, organis\u00e9es en format hybride entre 2020 et 2023, auxquelles ont particip\u00e9 plus de 200 personnes de 14 pays de la r\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s dans le programme ont une dimension technique, comme les bases de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de l'\u00e9lectronique, l'utilisation de logiciels libres ou le fonctionnement des r\u00e9seaux Internet, mais comprennent \u00e9galement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments sociaux, \u00e9conomiques et politiques, comme l'analyse critique des technologies et leur s\u00e9lection, le cadre juridique des
