Cette initiative de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, organis\u00e9e par l'Union internationale des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (UIT) en collaboration avec l'Association pour le progr\u00e8s des communications (APC), Rhizomatica, et REDES A.C., combine :<\/p><p class=\"p1\">- 5 cours en ligne (juin-d\u00e9cembre 2025)<br \/>- 1 camp d'entra\u00eenement en personne (premier trimestre 2026)<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>Statut : Candidatures cl\u00f4tur\u00e9es. Cette initiative de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s est organis\u00e9e par l'Union internationale des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (UIT) en collaboration avec l'Association for Progressive Communications (APC), Rhizomatica Communications et l'African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI).<br \/>Le programme combine cinq cours en ligne (juin-d\u00e9cembre 2025) et un camp d'entra\u00eenement en personne (2026).
