Isso dificulta o trabalho, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o e a conectividade. Inicialmente, 70 torres rurais foram atualizadas durante o lockdown da Covid-19 para aliviar o congestionamento, com financiamento subsequente garantindo ~$90m para atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es de capacidade.
