Durante o evento, intitulado \"A Whole-of-Government Approach to Rural Digital Transformation\", foram feitas v\u00e1rias apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo \"ICT Contribution to the Smart Villages Initiative\" e \"Implementing SDGs in Smart Villages\". A iniciativa Smart Villages baseia-se em uma abordagem abrangente e colaborativa para conectar vilarejos rurais e melhorar a disponibilidade de servi\u00e7os sociais essenciais. O webinar teve como objetivo apresentar essa abordagem aos participantes, compartilhar as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do modelo e explorar as possibilidades de expans\u00e3o e escalabilidade em diferentes partes do mundo.
