This video takes us on a tour of the infrastructure that supports the Internet. From the author\’s perspective, we explore the installation of undersea cables that connect continents and enable global data transmission. We discover how these cables, composed of tiny glass fibers, carry information through pulses of light. In addition, we highlight the complexity and effort required to carry out these installations, which ultimately provides us with the ability to access information from around the world in real time.
