The Training Programme for ICT Network Managers in Indigenous and Rural Communities 2025-2026 is being conducted. This capacity-building initiative, organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in collaboration with the Association for Progressive Communications (APC), Rhizomatica, and REDES A.C., combines:
• 5 online courses (June-December 2025)
• 1 in-person bootcamp (first quarter of 2026)

Course Details
We are conducting the Blended Training Programme for ICT Network Managers in Indigenous and Rural Communities Across Africa. This capacity-building initiative is organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in collaboration with the Association for Progressive Communications (APC), Rhizomatica Communications, and the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI).
The curriculum blends five online courses (June–December 2025) with an in-person bootcamp (2026). Key focus areas include:

• Digital accessibility and inclusion
• Sustainable ICT project management
• Gender-equitable and youth-friendly approaches
