This introductory course explores how communities can design connectivity strategies that respond to their own realities, priorities, and communication needs.
Drawing on experiences from across Latin America, participants examine the social, technical, organizational, and economic dimensions of community-centred connectivity while learning participatory approaches to planning and implementing locally appropriate solutions.
